LOVE IT! Christmas Countdown
I found this post on Thrifty-And-Thriving about making a homemade Christmas count-down calendar. I LOVE this idea. I already have 5 advent calendars but what I so enjoy about this particular countdown is you can do fun things as a family! http://www.thriftyandthriving.com/

Few years back I was feeling crafty, bought a buttload of red and green felt, and stitched up little stockings and mittens. Finally, last year, I pulled them out, painted numbers on them, and put them on a clothes line with little goodies and advent verses in them. It was fun, but I was unorganized. This year, I'm planning ahead!
